- Within Team Bliss, you will spend about 40% of your time speaking with consumers on the phone and the remaining time communicating with them via WhatsApp. We have two shifts available: 12 pm to 9 pm and 2 pm to 11 pm, making this team perfect for anyone who wants flexibility in their work schedule.
- Team Falcon: Here, you'll communicate with users about 60% of the time through direct calls and the remaining 40% using WhatsApp. Typical working hours range from 10 am to 8 pm, but there will be plenty of downtime in between.
- During the application process, you have the option of selecting either Team Bliss or Team Falcon. Furthermore, we have a demanding two-month training program to get you up to speed if you have no prior experience with insurance.
